Odyssea has a pool of beneficiaries from both the Academy and Employability department that could potentially fit job vacancies in any organization, company or enterprise.
Our vocational training courses cover a variety of sectors but can also be dynamically adapted to the current need of the market.

2. Explore opportunities
Once your request has been received, a member of our team will contact you to organize a meeting where we will discuss in detail and explore opportunities.
3. Potential candidates
Odyssea will gather candidates from our pool of beneficiaries who best match the profiles needed. These candidates will be evaluated, skill assessed and proposed for potential employees.
4. Monitoring
Odyssea will follow up on the performance and behavior of the hired candidates and monitor the performance to ensure a high-quality collaboration.
